How Well Do Legal Steroids Work?

We have heard how lawful steroids can help with stamina and enhance your exercise experience. But how well do they really work? And have they been proven to be safe?

To put it briefly, yes some do work well and are safe. But, unfortunately, there are some that are not safe to use. Some in that category have even caused death.

  • Mental health conditions
  • Shortness of breath
  • Increased blood pressure
  • Tight feeling in the chest
  • Neurological diseases

 

 

MMP

Also known as matrix metalloproteinase, MMP is a combination of betaine, creatine, and dendrobium extract. It is generally safe to take and is often marketed under the name Craze or other names. However, it does not provide the results many would like. A study found that individuals who used MMP for 6 weeks didn’t have any muscle gains or boost in performance. But they did see an improvement in energy and concentration.

Options to Gain Muscle Mass and Power

If you are looking for ways to gain muscle mass and power, there are ways to obtain it without using steroids.

  • Develop a consistent workout plan. Alternate between the muscle groups. Make sure you are training your arms, legs, abs, chest, and back. Work on your form so you are doing the exercises correctly and do not become injured. Train one area, then allow for at least one day rest.
  • Hire a personal trainer. A personal trainer can teach you the best exercises to do for muscle gains. If you are not able to physically go to a personal trainer, consider using virtual ones. Just be sure to read their reviews first to be certain they are certified.
  • Consider using a fitness app to track your progress. This can ensure you are staying on track. It will be easier for you to see how close you are to obtaining your goals and how far you came from when you first started.
  • Develop a sensible diet plan. Look for foods that will assist in building lean muscle. Generally, these foods will be low in simple carbs and saturated fats. But they will be high in protein, healthy fats, omega 3s, fiber, and amino acids. Good examples of this are eggs, peanuts, chickpeas, tuna, salmon, Greek Yogurt, and tofu.

 

 

Anabolic Androgenic Steroids: Why You Should Not Use

Anabolic-androgenic steroids (AAS) supplements are made in a laboratory. It is not a good decision to take these due to their multiple harsh side effects.

AAS are categorized as Schedule III drugs by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).  Simply having them unlawfully) can land a person in prison for up to a year and a fine of $1,000+ for a first-time offense.

Side effects of using AAS include:

  • Increased risk for heart attack and other cardiovascular diseases
  • Hormonal changes
  • Increased breast
  • Impulse decisions
  • Long-term liver damage
  • Aggressive behavior
  • Decrease sperm production
  • Male baldness
  • Infertility
